How to Claim and Set Up Your Business Page
From search to live on every city platform, a step-by-step walkthrough.
1. Find or Add Your Business
Search your business name and city on the Business Nexus home page. If it's new, you'll create it after signing up.
2. Create Your Free Account
Sign up with email or Google. Confirm your email and you're the owner of record.
3. Complete Your Profile
- Name and category exactly as customers know you
- A one-line tagline (what you do, for whom)
- A 2-3 sentence description
- Phone, email, website and street address
- A square logo image
4. Set Your Hours
Open City Listings → Hours, switch closed days off and set open/close times. Hours are the #1 thing customers check before visiting.
5. Choose Your City Platforms
In your dashboard, open City Listings → Platforms and tick every city you serve. Your page goes live there within about 30 seconds.
